Grant Us Access to Your Reddit Ads Account

Getting us on your Reddit Ads account is done by inviting our team members using their email addresses. Reddit doesn't have a Manager Account system like Google or Microsoft, so you'll add each person individually through Reddit's Business Manager.

What you'll need

• Access to your Reddit Ads account (you need to be a Business Admin or Ad Account Administrator)
• The list of email addresses below
• About 5-10 minutes

Team members to invite

Please invite all of these people:

Why five people?

We add the whole PPC team so your campaigns are always covered, whether it's day-to-day management, reporting, or something urgent. Your GeekyTech account manager will let you know who your main point of contact is.

Step 1: Open your Reddit Ads dashboard

1. Go to ads.reddit.com and sign in.
2. Make sure you're in the right ad account if you've got more than one.

Step 2: Go to User Management

Two ways to get there:

• From the dashboard: Look for "Invite New Members" on the right side of the screen.
• From the menu: Click your user icon in the top-right, then pick "User Management".

Step 3: Invite each team member

For each person in the list above:

1. Click Invite User.
2. Type in the email address (double-check for typos!).
3. Set Business-Level Role to: Member
4. Set Ad Account-Level Role to: Administrator
5. Click Confirm or Send invite.

Repeat for all five email addresses.

Make sure you set both roles

Reddit uses two permission layers. You need to set both for each person:

• Business-Level Role controls access to the overall business. Set this to Member.
• Ad Account-Level Role controls what they can do in your ad account. Set this to Administrator.

If you only set one, the team member might not have the access they need.

Step 4: We accept the invites

Once you've sent all five:

1. Each person gets an email invitation from Reddit.
2. They click the link to accept.
3. They show up in your team members list.

We'll let you know once everyone's accepted and your account is ready to go.

What do these roles allow?

Business-Level: Member

Lets our team be part of your business on Reddit Ads without being able to change business-wide settings or add/remove other members. You keep full control.

Ad Account-Level: Administrator

Lets our team:

• Create, edit, and manage ad campaigns
• Turn campaigns on and off
• See all reporting and analytics
• Set up and manage conversion tracking (Reddit Pixel)
• Manage audience targeting

TIP

Administrator access doesn't transfer account ownership. You're still the owner and can change permissions or remove people anytime.

What happens next?

Once all invites are accepted:

• Our PPC team can start managing your Reddit Ads campaigns.
• You stay the account owner and Business Admin.
• Your billing stays with you. You choose what billing access to grant separately.
• We'll confirm everything's good to go.
